Nearly every morning, we took a walk on the trail that connects to the back of our subdivision. It was great to get some fresh air and get my legs moving. The babies seem to enjoy the walks, but sometimes they get fussy toward the end (especially when we push past an hour walk).
A few notable things happened this past week. Vivienne found her thumb for the first time and really started sucking on it. We grabbed the camera fast enough to capture it. The babies wore their first pairs of pants (small, but still important milestone). =) We also caught one of Vivienne's smiles on camera (I think the first smile we caught with the camera).
My bout of mastitis hit while they were here. It was such a blessing to have them here to help Jason. Otherwise, he would have been on his own with the babies for at least 24 hours while I laid in bed recuperating.
Grandma and Grandpa held the babies, made us a ton of dinners, went grocery shopping for us, fixed one of our toilets, did laundry, cleaned the bathroom... the list goes on and on. They were extremely helpful.
Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa, for coming to visit us and for helping out Mommy and Daddy so much! We love you!
Here are some favorite pics from their visit:
