It has become our tradition to make blueberry and *insert pureed veggie here* pancakes every Sunday morning before church. I'm slowly using some of the frozen purees that I have in the freezer. This morning, I made blueberry, kale and carrot pancakes. You really can't taste the vegetables, and it's a nice way to sneak more veggies into the babies. They love eating pancakes. I make a double batch so that we have leftovers to feed them at other meals.
