Together at Last

Monday was a big day.  Leslie was able to breast feed Miles for the first time.  And we also were able to get both babies together with Mommy.

The money shot

And here is the first Fox family photo of the first Fox family trip.  We left the Special Care Nursery as a family of four.  All together and all heading to the same place for the first time (this side of the uterus).

And the other big news for the day is that Leslie's milk production is increasing.  We still have a long way to go, but we have also come a long way ... so every little Mile-stone (pun intended) is something to celebrate!

  1. Great news! We're cheering for you. The first few days/week there's so much new info and learning to do. Take it one hour or one feeding at a time (seems like that's the most you can get without a medical professional coming in the room anyway), hold the babies and stare at them in their cuteness a lot, and hang in there. We know how busy it is right now too!

  2. What a beautiful picture of Leslie and those sweet babies! We're so excited that you are all together now.

  3. Oh how sweet is that top picture? Looking forward to many more mommy and baby pictures to come...
Oh, and lets make sure that the next family shot actually shows the kiddos faces. I mean, you guys are a beautiful couple and all, but we wanna see the smiles (or cries) of those precious babies too!

  4. I can tell that you two are going to be wonderful parents, ready to take on the exciting adventure of parenthood. I'm looking forward to meeting Miles and Vivienne very soon. Enjoy.
