I cannot believe the we are 3/4 of the way to their first birthday already. Miles and Vivienne truly are the joys of our lives. I swear these babies just get cuter and cuter every day.

How in the world did he get this big?? |
I would much rather eat a book than read it. |
Miles and Vivienne will pretty much eat anything. It's nice to see that they aren't picky eaters yet (though that phase will probably eventually come!). They just transitioned to eating meat last night (chicken) for the first time. Miles loves to eat the french bread that I toast for them in the oven for about an hour. He could sit and eat that stuff all day long. It has become a great way to keep him distracted when we have meals out with friends. If we give him a piece of bread, we can keep the adult conversation going for quite a while longer. Both babies absolutely love prunes. I have never seen them leave any leftover prunes in the bowl.
Neither of our babies are crawling yet. They still don't like to spend time on their tummies. They may just end up going from sitting to standing to walking someday, unless they decide that they would actually like to spend some more time on their tummies.
Miles and Vivienne are both making lots of new sounds. They say lots of "dadas" and "babas." Miles has really found his voice over the past 2-3 weeks. He's talking so much more now than he was just a few weeks ago. It is so fun to hear both of their sweet little voices babbling in the back seat when we're in the car.
Miles and Vivienne love playing with their differently shaped blocks. They love to go on walks outside - either in our carriers or in the stroller. They seem to enjoy when I take them for runs. They haven't cried in the stroller for months now. They aren't afraid of strangers, and they haven't showed many signs of separation anxiety unless they are getting drowsy.
We have two amazing, gorgeous babies and I thank God for them every day. I am truly, truly blessed. Happy 9 months, Vivienne and Miles!
